Nestled between Wagner Park and the Wheeler Opera House, The Boat Tow introduces a new culinary experience & atmosphere to Aspen’s vibrant dining scene.

Our menu is paired with a mix of elevated cocktails, specialty wines, and non-alcoholic beverages designed to enhance the dining experience.

Chicken sandwich was spicy and delicious!! Just the way I like it! Deviled eggs were yummy!

Nice range of food on the menu. It was nice that they had a selection of mock cocktails.

The food we had was amazing, the service was so friendly and attentive, the inside of the restaurant is a 10/10, but the music did not fit the vibe and I think that is the one thing that would make this place even better.

The ambiance is cozy and warm. Our food was tasty but their fryer was not working so no french fries, which was disappointing. Overall it was a great experience.

We had the short ribs, hot chicken, alpine ham, Haus potatoes and deviled eggs. They were all yummy. The service was excellent - gives me faith that customer service is still alive in ski towns. The place is very cute and the timing of food prep was perfect. Will definitely return.

Service was really good. Ambience was warm and homy. We ordered crispy Brussel sprouts, crab cake, avocado crunch salad, lamb bolognese, and curry salmon. Also order a bourbon cocktail and chocolate mousse. Everything tastes great! We had a great time after a whole ski. Staff were all very friendly!
