    The service was terrible and our food was cold and not that great. They brought our soup out after our entrees and it was cold. The waitress was no where to be found. When she finally came to check on us, she offered to get fresh soup but wasn’t really apologetic about the soup coming out after our meal or the temperature. When the soup came the second time it was lukewarm at best. We’ve been to The Boathouse before and the food was decent. It wasn’t crowded when we were there so I’m not sure what the problem was. Not sure what happened this time, but we won’t be back anytime soon.

    Been many times but left this time without being served... Made reservation, called to confirm dog-friendly patio was open, arrived on time, had to wait 5 mins for a table in outdoor section that had only 1 of 10 tables occupied. Staff seemed to be non existent or totally focused on a private party event they were setting up for. Waited nearly 10 minutes without a soul coming by (not even to the other occupied table), finally went in to ask for service, waited another 5 minutes and left. Waitress was finally bringing waters as we departed, but it was too late - these types of situations never go well once they start out this way, so better for all that we left... Not sure what was up this time, but attention was sure lacking.

    The food was very tasty. We had the steamed shrimp and they were a nice size. The crispy roasted chicken was so delicious.

    Food could be better. Decided to give this restuarant a try and dissappointed. Disliked the food, prices are a bit high for such bad tasting food.

    After reviewing the most recent reviews, my fiancé and i decided to give this place a try. First impression, overall decor and ambiance looked great. Second impression, service was terrible. 8:30pm reservation and there was no hostess waiting to greet us, after waiting close to 15 minutes, we actually had to be seated by the bartender with an almost completely empty restaurant. Table was dirty and had to wait longer for it to be cleaned. Waitress came, told us the kitchen was going to be closing soon so we quickly put our order in. We waited over 15 minutes to be served our drinks. After speaking to the manager Lindsay about our experience so far, she seemed super apologetic and afterwards the service improved. We would give this place another try only because the entrees we ordered came out in a timely manner and tasted great.

    The service was outstanding. They were very busy but they were still very polite and helpful. I can’t wait to return and maybe for dinner. Great views and the food was excellent. Great job
