    Dining here is always a delight. The specials were a treat and the regular menu scrumptious. Not one for flowery tasting teas, I adored the "Paris" blend. Also: congratulations to the staff who are graduating and may the rest enjoy their winter break.

    Matthew was a Wonderful server and explained all the dishes. Excellent service. Kevin was also wonderful and both were a delight and added to our experience! Food was Delicious!!!

    My favorite of the three regular CIA restaurants in Hyde Park. Loved every minute - food was above reproach, service was attentive and lively, love our annual visit!

    A true culinary experience awaits you at the CIA Bocuse Restaurant. The servers are thoroughly professional and love explaining how the food is made and what the ingredients are. Questions are answered promptly. Service is precise (no one has to ask what you ordered). The food is exquisite and very special, exotic and delicious. We will definitely be back.

    What a refreshing reminder of what great service looks and feels like, when under the guidance of professionals! The food, of course, was delicious-approachable but creative, portion size just right. A memorable experience-I hope to return soon.
