Last night's dinner was 50% to our liking. The appetizers of Crab Fritters and Steak Tartar brought an extremely favorable 5 stars for the Steak Tartar. However, the Crab Fritters were average at best as they possessed only an average flavor and did not "blow" us away. The entree portion of our meal consisted of the Scallops and the Papardelle with Lamb Ragu. The scallops were average enhanced by lemon and some delicious sweet onions. However, the Parpadelle with Lamb Ragu had a complex flavoring that really made it jump off of the plate. Lastly, we gad the "make at your table " ice cream and the Pear morange dessert. While the presentation of the ice cream was exquisite and done in a professional and endearing manner by the service member who made it, its flavor missed with us, and we were unable to eat it as it was extremely salty. Conversely, the pear melange dessert was delicious and had a delicious flavor profile. The service was extremely friendly and sincere, but we waited a while for water and were never asked if we wanted an after dinner drink or coffee with our desserts. However, the friendliness of the servers and the ambiance of the restaurant mote than made up for these foupos.

This dinner was an extremely personal experience in which the students, who functioned in all roles, made their guests feel very welcome and very special. There was great attention paid to every detail and much care was evident in the dialogue about guest food allergies, food intolerances and menu choices. The overall atmosphere was lovely, the service impeccable and the food good. My scallops were a bit on the salty side but tasty nonetheless. I would highly recommend a trip to the CIA for a truly remarkable dinner experience.

This was one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. Everything was perfection! Fresh and succulent mussels, crispy skin salmon with an amazing squash puree and bean salad. Creme brulee off the charts good! Cant wait to come back!

I've never had a bad or even mediocre meal at Bocuse. Always interesting but not pretentious food. Everything was delicious. The dishes or drinks that were prepared at the table were extra special. Service delightful. We took advantage of the incredibly reasonable winter special 3 course lunch.

We had stopped visiting Bocuse (although we regularly make the 92 mile drive to the other restaurants and the bakery) due to a bad experience just before Covid. The folks at Bocuse have redeemed themselves, and our experience from welcome reception to paying our bill was top notch. We always enjoy chatting with the students to find out where they are from and what they intend to do in the future. All the students we interacted with were friendly and professional. Our food was plentiful, hot and delicious with a beautiful presentation. The icing on the cake were the chocolates presented with the bill. Thank you to the students and their instructors for this outstanding experience in lunch time dining!

What a lovely lunch we had at Bocuse! Food and service were exceptional. We were lucky enough to have a table next to the kitchen so we could see everything going on behind the scenes. We'll definitely be back!
