   Would have given five stars except my wife and I had to send back our steaks. Both were rare and I ordered medium and she medium well. Really hate to send anything back for additional cooking but they did come back perfect. Usually they nail it so not sure what happened. Still our go to restaurant.

   Three of us dined at Boundary House for dinner and we all had a wonderful experience. From the delicious appetizer (hot crab dip) we shared to our three entrees which were cooked to perfection, to the after dinner drinks we enjoyed - our meal was a 5-star experience. We will be back!

   House Salad great as usual. The 1000 Island dressing is the best! The whiskey creek chicken pasta was bland with no flavor and nearly no sauce. If you like Parmesan Cheese, it was covered with fresh grated but I did not want cheese on mine and it’s not mentioned in the description on the menu. Manager offered to remake, but I don’t like wasting food and it was easy enough to remove the cheese and Luke brought extra sauce, so everything worked out. Still, it was just average, not outstanding as I’m accustomed to from this favorite restaurant. Friend had potato soup and reported it was excellent. As always, courteous, skilled service staff and it’s a pleasure to dine here.

   Boundary house is very overrated. Steaks,(prime rib and sirloin) not very good. A fancy place where you can eat for cheap. Been 3x won’t go back. To many other better choices.

   First experience dining here and overall the meal was very good. We felt that the portion of seafood was small for the price, but plenty of ‘filler’ food was provided. Service was slow and not very attentive throughout the meal. From the time we were seated it was at least 10 minutes before we were approached. We had to ask twice for cocktail sauce, when it should have been served when the meals were delivered.

   We went to Boundary House tonight for dinner. Everything was very good. Hubby and I got the filet mignons and our friends got the pasta Alfredo. It was very good! The potato soup was awesome as well.

    We had a delicious meal and wonderful time! Kristen-our waitress -was awesome! She was very attentive and friendly! We will be back!
