    Food was delicious, service was good. Rasta Pasta was delicious as well as waffles and tenders

    Thought they said 24 beers, out of many on tap. Slow bar service, plastic cup for one of ours, bottle for another. They must be majority understaffed because tables left empty all around us, for playoff game night at M&T stadium. I guess that's good for us with a reservation, yet particularly bar service was still super slow. Food service was a little better. Boneless chicken with Buffalo sauce was tasty. We for too burgers, I guess they were smash burgers? The 3" wide patties and 3" diameter buns. I guess they only come in one doneness as we forgot to specify. They were good, just small. Adequate fries in a metal basket so kept them warm. Video monitors with all the games on where great, bright. Overall glad to have gotten to hang out there before the Ravens game. Just expected better beers/faster service.

    We had reservations on New Year’s Eve. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed! There was no sign to notify us of this; we discerned it from the empty establishment. We hunted down an employee who appeared to be preparing to go orders in the back. He was gruff and clearly unhappy to be there and barked out that they were closed. As a result, we ended up having a crappy meal sitting at the bar of another restaurant.

    Terrible food, terrible service. They are called Brew Brothers and were out of almost every beer on the menu.

    Was there for a Ravens game gathering. I would recommend this and come back.

    First we got to the restaurant to find that they do not even take reservations so thankfully they weren’t that busy and we were able to get a table. We had multiple reservations to sit with other parties. It then took about 2 hours for every one to get their food. Our server did the best she could but overall the service was terrible!

    Had a reservation through opentable, we got there a few minutes before the reservation time. We got seated over an hour after the reservation time. We waited over 30 minutes for a wait staff to come to our table even after asking for someone to take our order. Finally just left as it was clearly a waste of our time. I do not recommend this establishment.

    manager was very helpful, he was really doing everything, they were apprently very short staffed and for 2 major events going on in Baltimore it was not a good nite for not having any help. The manager is not supposed to seat you, take your order and bring it to you. Food was ok.

    A bit chaotic getting in. No one at the host/hostess desk resulting in long lines. Had to find a manager to let them know that we had a reservation. He was then able to find us a table.

    THEY DO NOT TAKE OPEN TABLE RESERVATIONS! Waited 1.5+ hours for a table before giving up. (After “reservation” time) Line was at least 50 people deep. There were empty tables that were never sat. Now, I will say that our visit was the same day as the first play off game and Stevie Nicks/ Billy Joel concert, but they had more than enough time to adequately staff their establishment. Not a single acknowledgement from any staff member beyond the overworked, barback. He is the only one that would acknowledge anyone trying to ask a question. FOH/ Manager would just look right thru you.
