   The event center was closed when we got there and obviously they don’t coordinate with open table because I thought you had a reservation and there was no one there. I called the manager to let them know complain I never received a call back.

   My husband and I have celebrated many happy occasions here for the last 43 years. One of our landmark favorite restaurants that never - ever- fails to deliver. We’ll be back and are looking forward to that lucky day. Thank you, Kim, for a lovely evening.

   We loved the waitstaff, very congenial and helpful . The food was not special, although the prices were especially high. Shrimp appetizer still half frozen, the lobster in the salad extremely small and salty, lettuce wilty and wet. The charcuterie looked tasty, the hamburgers and crab cakes were good.

   Disappointed in the appetizer plate. Missed the smoked salmon and the liver pate. Had to be moved twice due to wobbly tables. The wine we selected - they didn’t have. Overall food was just not as good as it used to be. We had been coming yearly for the past 25 years for our anniversary. We’re the only ones there. The staff were SUPER nice and friendly though!!

   Very personal attention. The chef Kelli Daniels came and visited our table. Fantastic food that you can't find elsewhere.

   Kelli, she is the Excutive Chef. Kelli runs this establishment. People they have many options here. Focused on catering big events. They still do meals during the week and Sunday brunch is amazing. A fruit cup welcomes you with a very delicious pastry tray. The service was amazing. Priced very well. Dont hesitant to book big company events to weddings. I would give them five stars. Keith & Nancy

   This was the first restaurant I have ever walked out of. We were made to wait 2 hours, with only drinks and appetizers served. Our waitress, Bonnie, was nowhere to be seen. The poor hostess came over to get us drinks, and she was so overwhelmed, she was actually shaking!! The waitress finally noticed us when we were literally in the parking lot where she ran after us and proceeded to insult us. This was supposed to be a Mother's Day dinner. Very disappointing.

   Enjoyed the Mother’s Day Dinner! Love the fireplace in the bar and the cozy beginning to our special evening. We were seated in the main dining room and started with the Brairwoods famous shrimp cocktail and appetizer tray! So good to share with a group! Just enough to go with the wine before the entree! Between our group we had the filet, delicious prepared as ordered, crab cake small plate was large for an entree, spring ravioli with asparagus, and the big wow! the lobster salad with a fried egg!! Service was so thoughtful and accommodating! Made our Mothers Day 2018 a memorable fun time!

   We waited over an hour for our food to come. My son's order looked like it sat under the warming lights that entire time before it was served. We have dined at the Briarwood many times in the past and I think this was our last.

    Had reservation for Mother’s Day, but told wait was 2 hours for a table when we arrived! Complete disaster, apparently they were short staffed.
