Service has become very slow, left sitting a long time with menu’s but no one came near us; had to go to bar to ask for order to be taken. Empties not taken away when new drinks served. Food was good but service not so good especially as it was very quiet.

We were very disappointed with the service and food. I ordered Chicken Supreme and received a tiny portion you could put in a saucer. On arrival we waited for about 20mins before we were offered a drink or for food order to be taken. Also our bill was abruptly put on the table. Also as the Band were preparing to setup the Barman ushered them to play in an empty front Bar.

Super food. Lovely staff. Very slow service. Problems getting stuff through the kitchen. Busy while we were there with kids and crying /screaming baby which didn’t make for great ambience.

The ambiance was very loud & felt like being in the middle of a pub & we couldn't see out the window at the river because of the huge blue laser light over our heads which was so bright. I ordered the 'homemade' burger, sweet potato fries,my husband got fish & chips. Came out very quickly, big piece of cod & very fresh. Mine was 2 rubbery, dry meat patties with a slice of tomato & half a lettuce leaf, very disappointing. My husband had to get up & ask for ketchup & vinegar, we ordered the dessert, chocolate brownie, which I would definitely go back for, it was lovely. An American waitress served us & she was very nice but we won't go back.

Thank you to the chef and staff in the Bridge today! I was an awkward customer on a restricted detox diet, and the chef whipped up a delciousl meal ticking all the boxes! And to the waiter who patiently took down all my allowances & restrictions! All the while looking after our party of 10. Top customer service, top quality food, and a great family get together!

Excellent service, but some of the food left a bit to be desired. The chicken burger was under seasoned and the beef burger a bit greasy. I had the wild mushroom linguine which was nice.
