The Buck Hotel is a converted restaurant that is extremely versatile in the options it offers patrons. Here, there are three distinct dining areas guests can choose from. The first is a spacious deck that is ideal for when the weather is nice. The second is the tavern, which fits the ideal sports bar atmosphere. This is where guests should go if they want to grab a quick bite, drink a cold beer and listen to a live band. The main dining area at The Buck Hotel is known as The Fireside, and is the main dining area that significantly more elegant and is best for a intimate date night.

Service was pleasant and quick. Food orders came out quickly. For a seafood place, we were disappointed.Oysters should be shucked and freed from the shell. Mignonette had 7 pieces of shallot in vinegar. Crab stuffed flounder lacked any taste, scallops had a distinct fishy taste. Cigarette smoke from smokers standing outside the main entrance,could be smelled in the restaurant.

Service was horrible the waitress was never around and really long wait for food . Place is beautiful but no manager checking on customers to see if their needs are being met. Food was OK but prices are high. Good menu selections but needs work on getting order right and train waitress better.

From the food to the ambiance, The Buck was the right choice to celebrate Valentines Day and our 33rd Wedding Anniversary. Samantha, our server, was a gem, showing g professionalism and well spaced attentiveness, while the chef delivered the perfect crab cake and salmon platters, bartender, the drinks and the bus boy, politely clearing up to provide room for the next course.

The food at The Buck was awesome, along the hospitality of the team. On Valentine's Day, it's incredibly hard to get a reservation. I made a res at 4pm even though I really wanted 7pm. This awesome, freindly and accommodating team practically helped me to get the reservation I wanted following a different cancellation. I am now going to patronize The Buck consistently forever.

First time eating at the restaurant. Pleasantly surprised. Food and drinks were delicious. Enjoyed a relaxing meal by the fireplace.

Absolutely my Mom’s and my go to for any celebration! Love it. Sam was excellent! Love the ambience and decor. Food spectacular and delicious!

The Buck Hotel proved the perfect place for an early New Year's Eve dinner. The menu choices, friendly service, generous drinks and tasty food preparation were exactly what my wife and I were looking for. The restaurant has a traditional feel that is very comfortable. This was our first time at The Buck Hotel and we will definitely be back.

Had a great table our server was attentive but not hovering, food was great, price was good for the quality and quantity, it made for a great New Year’s Eve dinner!!
