   Last night at Butcher and Barrel in downtown Cincinnati was absolutely delightful. My partner and I enjoyed an evening that truly exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting—a perfect setting for a relaxed dinner before our show. The wine was superb, and my bourbon cocktail was one of the best I've ever tasted. To top it all off, they surprised me with complimentary desserts for my birthday, adding a personal touch that made the night even more memorable. I highly recommend Butcher and Barrel for anyone seeking a fantastic culinary experience in Cincinnati.

   Celebrated valentines with my girlfriend and we were not disappointed at all. Our server Shelby was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. My girlfriend got the short rib and I got the ribeye. Idk who’s was better bc they were both perfectly prepared and the drinks matched that energy also. This was a first for us but definitely won’t be a last. Thanks for a great experience!

   Decided to visit Butcher and Barrel for a Valentines date. Despite our reservation, we were seated in the secondary dining space, which was alright considering we wanted a little quiet. Server was very attentive, amiable, honest. Cocktails were delicious: the Gaucho was crisp, with enough sweetness to balance out the smoky aroma. We ordered the sampler for two platter, and were served PLENTY of incredible varying meats, not to mention the rich sides. Definitely recommend this menu item. Despite the odd decor and quiet ambiance, we really enjoyed our time and would strongly recommend a visit here.

   The food and our drinks were excellent. The only drawbacks were that we had to sit for several minutes without silverware after our salads had arrived. Our server was super friendly, but she had way too many tables to provide good service. She gave us little to no attention at all.

   Everything was delicious! We had the Provoleta app (a MUST have), a filet & New York strip and lots of yummy sides. Service was excellent !
