Had another great stay at the Cairn Lodge hotel. Comfortable rooms with good facilities. At dinner excellent service was provided by Lionel. At dinner the starter of Scallops and the haggis & neeps were very good. Will return here again as it is well placed for visiting Gleneagles and Perthshire.

very enjoyable lunchtime meal. we have driven past many times but would love to try their evening menu as its only a short walk from Gleneagles Hotel.

We are new to the area and we went to the Cairn Lodge for Sunday Lunch. The Lunch menu was very restrictive and no mention of a Sunday roast on the menu. Another couple left due to the restrictive menu. If they were told there was a roast option then they may have stayed. We had to ask to find out. The Dinner/evening menu was much better but there was no option during the day. The place looks great and has obviously had investment. For the place to do well then they need to update their lunch menu, expand the lunch menu to be exciting and to appeal to more people, have some normal deserts, hire more staff, add Sunday Roasts to their Sunday lunch menu and attract a wider number of people. The place needs some attention in these areas to make it work. The place should be buzzing every weekend. This could be a fantastic venue in such an area as Auchterader. I don't want to hear how tired staff are or be plagued every 2 mins asking if we are alright. I will try an evening meal there and already I would be interested in the outdoor seating area for the summer. More needs to be done to advertise Cairn Lodge and attract more people in. They should learn from the Colessio in Stirling.

Pleasant meal out whilst staying at Glenmor. Vegetarian option for one of our party was very limited but the quality of what we ate was excellent. Service needs to be improved in skill although very friendly and pleasant to match the quality of the food and ambiance.

Very happy with meal and service however we were stuck next to a piller for my partners birthday dinner

Excellent Table d"Hote menu lunch which was great value for money. Restaurant is beautifully designed and lends a great ambience to proceedings. Highly recommended

Lovely ambiance, good food and has wonderful outdoor area if you are lucky enough to catch a warm sunny day/evening in Scotland!
