Such a GREAT addition to the iconic Boardwalk, which I have called home as a DVC member for 25 years. The venue design and service are fantastic. Enjoyed dinner last night with our amazing server, Cam, and breakfast this morning with the kind and fabulous, Felicia. The French decor coupled with all of the florals are really eye catching and elegant, transporting visitors to Paris! The carrot cake was one of the best I’ve had, but there were some big disappointments - it’s scientific knowledge that micro plastics are everywhere and that we need to cut down on the use of single used plastics in general, so unfortunately was not able to take anything to go since they would be in plastic containers, rather than paper containers, which are more sustainable. The plastic flower placed on our piece of cake ruined the illusion for us because at that point, we realized that all the epic flowers arrangements were plastic too, and it had not dawned on us until that moment. Really feel that removing plastic off of foods would be a step in the right direction for such an exceptional addition to this area of Disney!

The Cake Bake Shop is a very well appointed restaurant. All of the staff are very attentive, polite, and professional. The food was great. Unlike most other restaurants on the Disney property, they are not trying to rush you through the meal and out the door for the next customer. It was a leisurely and very relaxing experience.

Beautiful place. Everything was breathtaking which bothers me that my review is going to be bad. Getting here is a complete nightmare it’s 49 degrees in Orlando so that makes it longer and worst. I was staying at Saratoga Springs advised to go to Epcot and walk. Get to Epcot and was advised to go to Hollywood Studios and walk. Got to Hollywood studios was told to go to Epcot by then I was ready to cancel the reservation. But it was too late because they would charge. We left our hotel at 8:45 got there at 10:08 for a 10:15 reservation. It’s not accessible to the street, buses or anything, please keep that in mind. Finally see this beautiful place so it lightened the mood and made up for the inconvenience. I was in awe by this gorgeous building. That didn’t last long lol. Walked in was greeted by the host, as the seater looked us up and down several times. Sat in a beautiful room our waitress came over I won’t mention her name maybe she was having a bad day. Wasn’t very friendly, I felt rushed and very uncomfortable from it. I ordered a lavender lemonade wasn’t good at all, the any two eggs or something close to it lol. Sausage was burnt I was too scared to ask her to take them back because of her being so dismissive. Our tab was 60$ I paid for breakfast and wanted to leave a cash tip I asked could she please get me change she said no I don’t have any. I said well can you go to a register to get change her response they don’t have change. I’m thinking well I’m clearly not leaving you 20$ on a 60$ bill that’s insane and the service was awful. But before that I saw her and she gave me eye contact as I chewed on my eggs and came and picked up my plate remind you it was still full I had only received my food 5-6 min before. I thought it was the TikTok prank until she never brought it back. Well definitely not come back here. They’re overpriced presentation was great taste not so much!

Our waiter, Brandon, was fabulous. He was very attentive as if we were his only table. We asked him a lot of questions about the menu and the restaurant in general and he new all the answers. My cosmopolitan drink was fabulous as was the food. My quiche was a little cold and they quickly took care of it. Beautiful setting to dine in when visiting Disney. The cake shop next door is a must see as well.

Cake Bake Shop is one of the most beautiful, and most delicious restaurants in Disneyworld. The service was wonderful, and Lola was our waitress. She guided us through our dining visit with the perfect mix of knowledge and humor. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the food was some of the best on property. I would highly recommend Cake Bake Shop.
