Food was ok. It was worth half of what we paid. The portions are small and food is average. Service was fair. Took 15 min to get water and appetizer came before water. Server was inattentive and when he was present was over sharing talking about his kids and his shoes that cost blah blah blah . The atmosphere is beautiful but wouldn’t do this twice. It was a good one time experience

Highly recommend you go at least once! It is a great experience. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it at least once. The food was very good and the cakes even better.

Was an amazing experience! Is the food a little overpriced? Yes but falls in line with other Disney prices. Well worth it for the entire dinner. From the decorations to the service and the overall ambiance! Will be making this a staple of ours for Disney trips!

The place is Outstanding, gorgeous and the food is very delicious except for the crab plate I thought it was expensive and not so tasty at all. But the velvet soup and the raspberry champagne cake was delicious. Was my birthday celebration with my family and I just love it. I really recommend this place to celebrate especial occasions, it is a very especial place.

I SO badly wanted this to be good. The space is pretty & relaxing. Our server was very nice but not attentive. Food took over 45 minutes to come out… which I suspect is the reason the rest of the meal went downhill. Soup was cold as it came out with my main course and was obviously sitting a while. Sandwich was also cold and had to go back (cold béchamel sauce is not appealing). They took it back and offered to remake it. By the time a new sandwich came out my entire table had finished their meal. We didn’t bother to mention the cold fries two of us had. It was apparent the food was up a while and not brought out. The croque madame and the shrimp po’boy were both middle of the road. The pasta dish was very good. We shared a slice of the cake and a truffle. Both were outstanding. This may just be a place to get a treat from the bakery. I may try it one more time but I’m not running back any time soon. After all the hype, then the pricing controversy over this place, I thought they would be running their A game. They are not quite there yet.

Absolutely beautiful location, especially with holiday decorations. Our server, Camila was exceptional and really made the experience special with some extra sparkles. The menu is varied and the food is good but at that price the food should be knock your socks off amazing. Highly recommend the burrata starter.

Wonderful atmosphere, good food that could have been just a bit hotter. Service was good, our server was excellent. Food delivery was a bit slow. Will certainly go back again.

They really need to staff up. Wait staff is wonderful. But, I feel sorry for staff who are running to cover so many customers. They also need to keep better inventory of drinks offered. They also need to dbe code whether they're using open Table or the Disney app for reservations. Both times I made reservations using both apps and they couldn't find my reservation and we ended up waiting 25 minutes first time and 45 minutes second time.
