This is a very beautiful restaurant, and we have already experienced great service here. Unfortunately, today's experience was very disappointing. Compounded by the fact that I was there to celebrate my birthday with friends, the terrible service we received was especially memorable. The hostess was gracious in getting us a beautiful table with a great view of the main dining room. We were very appreciative. Unfortunately, the server Danielle was rude from the beginning. There was not a moment of time when we felt welcomed in the restaurant. Meanwhile, I see how pleasant she was with the other patrons in the neighboring tables. So I had no idea why we received the "special" treatment. Perhaps our past great experiences had raised our expectations for great and friendly service. Therefore, average service was viewed especially negatively. To begin with, we order appetizer, soup, salad, and sandwiches, and she asked if we liked everything at the same time...If we didn't stop her, it would have been a worse experience. She was often no where to be found, and our teas were often empty. I couldn't wait for the bill time. And of course, instead of receiving the bill in the beautiful folio jacket as always, I got the machine that allowed me seconds to review the bill, and taking my credit card as payment. Again, I saw the neighboring table receiving their check as how it is normally presented, and had the time to review and hand their credit card to this same waitress. It's interesting how this particular wait staff decided to provide distinguishably difference level of service to tables next to each other, and expected the guests not to notice any difference. It's a shame we didn't have a good experience today. I'm afraid it might be our last visit to this restaurant if I can help it.

We had an amazing lunch. The food was great. The cocktails and tea were delicious. The dessert was to die for. The server was fantastic. He doubled checked on allergies and made sure everything was safe to eat. I think his name was Benjamin. Overall a great experience.

We had breakfast. Waffles, and Croque Madame. Food was excellent. Orange juice freshly squeezed. Service and atmosphere is outstanding. Very busy in bakery section. It was pricey but not over the top except for $24 slice of cake. I couldn't get behind that.

Magnificent service, enormous portions, whimsical ambiance. Did I mention magnificent service? Veronica was just amazing! The chicken velvet spoon is better than words can say. My wife's cobb salad was enough for 3 people. Salmon portion was tremendous.

Very disappointed that they could not provide any sugar free items, include sugar free syrup for French toast.

Beautiful restaurant! The theme and decor details were amazing. All the staff was friendly and lovely. The server was funny. But overall the service was slow and the food was delicious but not at the level o thought it would be for the price and it being Disney.
