    Food was flavourful however the pasta dish we ordered was dry due to minimal sauce on the pasta. Additional with sauce provided to resolve the issue. We were served our food, but had no cutlery to eat it with initially the manager quickly corrected the issue.

    We celebrated our son’s 17th birthday tonight. This place is his favorite restaurant. Such a great night! The food was great and his birthday dessert was delicious!

    Food and drinks were amazing. Customer service was fantastic. Manager even took the time to talk to us to make sure everything was going good. We were made to feel very welcome. One of our favourite places to go.

    The food was not great. Ordered a burger and fries, burger was very clearly a frozen box burger and the fries were definitely bagged frozen fries. Also had a ceasar salad and the dressing was soooo strong, it was inedible. The cost is way too high for the poor quality. However the server was great!

    Caitlyn provided excellent service, always checking in to make sure all glasses were full, the food was delivered. Quick service on the food, which tasted great. Where we were seated allowed for good conversation without having to speak loud. A good time had my the four of us

    Had tickets for the tomahawk steak night. We found out others we knew had some too so we asked if we could be seated together and were. Waitress was friendly and took our drink order and asked if we were all doing the steak night and we said yes. Manager comes over a little later and informs us their supplier messed up and they didn’t have any left. Offered free appetizers and had the choice to take an equal weight steak they were getting brought in or refund. We opted for the steaks as that’s what we all were wanting. Ate the appetizers and they were delicious. Then came the steaks. They weren’t very good cuts of meat. All were highly fatty and not in a good way and two were charred so bad from the obvious flare ups they had cooking them. Three of the steaks went back pretty much untouched after a couple bites. The waitress apologized and the manager came over and apologized as well and offered us a refund. The experience wasn’t great , but this restaurant is by far a shining example of one that wants to keep its reputation and quality high and they didn’t charge us for anything and refunded our money and gave us entry into one of their next dinners to make up for it. I’ve been here a bunch of times for regular meals and it’s always top notch but to see them handle an unsatisfactory experience to the highest level to make sure their customers were happy makes this place the best around.
