Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Everything was excellent except my lamb chops were covered in a crusted sauce that interfered with the taste. Next time, I will ask to not have the crust added to the lamb chops.

    Wagyu burger and red wine was divine. The burger was cooked perfectly. Bread basket-delish. The salted butter, perfect. Highly recommend. Service was great.

    Went for the wagyu and wine pairing and had the chips and caviar appetizer. Our meal came to about $150 with tip and dessert. I think I could’ve had a better meal somewhere else for that price.

    The tenderloin (steak) was tough and chewy. The Coconut Cream Pie was basically WHIPPED Cream no real coconut cream to be found. Michael the waiter for our table was outstanding!

    The staff at Capital Grille, led by our server Leo, saved the night after we walked out on another fine dining restaurant that had treated us dismissively. We showed up with no reservations at 8pm on a Saturday and the staff rushed to find us a seat, treating us like we mattered. We ate, we drank, we laughed, and we tipped them well for their effort. In all, they turned an awful night into a fantastic evening. Ps. It was my wife’s birthday and we made it a point to not tell any of the establishments because neither of us enjoy that kind of attention.
