Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Every time we visit the Capital Grill we are never dissappointed. Service is impeccable. The food is impeccable; always on point! The wine selection, never better. My husband and I love visiting the Capital Grill at Legacy Place in Dedham. If you're concerned about the price now is the time to experience it during Boston Restaurant Week going on now throught March 15th. You will not be dissappointed. We love our waiter, Tony!

We often choose Capital Grille for special occasions and this visit did not disappoint. The food was excellent as usual but our server Adrian made our celebration even better!

The restaurant was very busy which made for slow service. This is excusable except food was not hot and drinks didn’t stay full. Service overall clunky. I have had great meals here before but they had an off night tonight.

Our entire experience was nothing short of outstanding, from the courtesy of the staff, to the excellence of the service, the lovely appetizers, the remarkable main course dinners, terrific wine list, and scrumtious desserts. Can't ask for better than that!

We were celebrating our anniversary and the restaurant did a nice job of decorating our table, having a nice card for us, taking our photo for us and bringing us a nice dessert plate with Happy Anniversary on it. We were also not rushed at all.
