Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My family and I dined there on 2-16-25 We had an excellent dining experience. There were 6 of us in our party. we were seated promptly and we got the round table we requested. Our waiter was Davis J. and he was outstanding. Very attentive. He was prompt, courteous and made us feel right at home. he did an excellent job and made our evening very special. All of our dinner selections were cooked perfectly. The appetizers were very good and both the Lobster bisque and New England Clam chowder soups were excellent.

    I had an excellent dining experience at The Capital Grille this evening. Our server, Molly, was more than hospitable and truly made the dining experience exceptional. Her attentive service and warm demeanor added a special touch to our meal. Thank you, Molly, for making our evening so memorable!

    It was our 43rd anniversary, and our server (Davis Jaye) was great and made us feel special. The food was great and the service was attentive without being intrusive. We had a very nice evening!

    Our server Michael was great, we asked for his recommendation’s and couldn’t have been happier. It did take long for our second round of drinks to come out but the floor manager walked by and took care of us once he found out. Michael also brought us out a desert sampler due to the drink issue and really made up for something he couldn’t control. We will definitely be back!

    We like to come here for special occasions. Started in the bar - cocktails were PERFECT - love the ambiance in the bar. When we were ready for our table, we were surprised to be seated in the bar area rather than the main dining room, but we were willing to give it a try. Service was good - but not like our experiences in the main dining room. Food is always good - always consistent and always very good. Our steaks were prepared perfectly, although, they delivered the steaks incorrectly - wrong steak to wrong person. We caught the error right away and exchanged on our own. The presentation of the food was somewhat disappointing, but the food itself was perfect. Lobster mac-n-cheese is a great side for a steak and was delicious. We'll be back again, but I will request the main dining room.
