   Great lobster bisque, ribeye and fillet steaks, mushrooms and broccoli! We love the food and the ambiance. Great for lunch too!

   we came 1 hour and 15 minutes before close. service was a tad bit slow which is understandable but other than that the waiter was amazing! he gave me a nice happy birthday dessert along with my crème brûlée. i truly enjoyed myself

   The experience is always top tier at Capital Grille. I actually took my daughter along with us (10yrs old) and even she had a great time. Our waiter was kind and made the experience warm and inviting with the right rich of class. Food was stellar; we ordered a bit too much but they boxed it all up which served as a great lunch the day after.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service & Incredible Food It had been about six months since our last visit due to a busy schedule, but from the moment we walked in, The Capital Grille in Lombard made us feel right at home. The maître d’ remembered us, and our waiter, Gerry, once again delivered impeccable service—he is simply the best! The food was outstanding as always. We started with the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella, which was perfectly balanced with fresh flavors. The French onion soup was rich and comforting, and our filet mignon was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The kids enjoyed their steaks with crispy French fries, and, of course, we couldn’t pass up the restaurant’s signature Stoli Doli Martini, which was smooth and refreshing. The Capital Grille never disappoints. The service, ambiance, and quality of food make every visit a special experience. If you’re looking for a top-tier steakhouse in Lombard, this is the place to go!

   I asked for a plain cheese burger with white cheddar, sauce on the side, and it was served with a ton of caramelized onions. I explained this was for a kid, and it was brought up to me that staff more than likely scrapped off the onion and put a new slice of cheese on it, considering the turn around time. Doing this is not appropriate in a food setting due to food allergies, and my son does have severe food allergies and a feeding disorder. This is a high end restaurant I have relied on for work and family dinners. On a good note, the duckhorn cab and salad were really good.

    A late lunch, celebrating my birthday. Enjoyed the Waygu/Wine special currently offered. Food was delicious, service (Michael) was outstanding. Birthday dessert was great.
