Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I always enjoy Capital Grille as there's never a "rush" and the food and service are excellent. For that "special" dinner, it's an excellent option.

    We had a wonderful time at Capital Grill last night. Davis was exceptional…fun, attentive, knowledgeable…he gets MAX stars. Everything we ordered was cooked and seasoned to perfection. We look forward to coming back soon. Thank you!

    Very nice experience. Service was prompt, attentive and helpful. Food was excellent. Only complaint was shrimp cocktail was a little over cooked. They were somewhat rubbery. It's a minor point.

    Capital Grill never fails the food the service the atmosphere are always first class We drive 2.5 hours to enjoy this restaurant at least twice a year always a treat Kara our server was the best

    Been to numerous locations. Capital Grill has managed to do the near impossible. That is to be part of a big chain and still operate like an independent. Cudo’s to the GM of each of these spots. Keep it up.

    Our experience was excellent considering it was a minute reservation as our initial reservation elsewhere did not meet our expectations. We were greeted with Happy Anniversary and led to a decorated table to acknowledge our anniversary. We were fortunate our favorite server, Kara. As always she was phenomenal. Our food was excellent. We had some humorous interaction with Nick during our dinner. Nick could have a bright future at Capital Grill. Overall a wonderful experience for our anniversary dinner.

    My wife & I always go to Capitol Grill to celebrate her birthday. They are always amazing. We both had ribeye steaks and they were done to perfection. They were tender & delicious. The service was excellent, it always is. We look forward to our next visit.
