Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Table was in darkened area with limited visibility. Steaks were chewy and overcooked even as ordered. Sides were mediocre. Service was superior as usual. It was Saturday evening before Christmas and busy, but as a regular CG customer I was disappointed.

We got the lobster mac and cheese, lump crab cake, the bisque and chowder, and pork chops! It was DELICIOUS! Every time we come we get the freshest most delicious meals, can’t wait to come back again!

Went with family of 5 for my Birthday dinner. Service was slow. Overall a good time . Food was good. Will return

Always enjoy a visit to a CG. This restaurant did not disappoint. Nikki was an excellent server; personable and polite. The food was great, especially the 26oz bone in fillet and the flourless chocolate cake. The wine list never disappoints! Thank you for a consistent enjoyable dining experience.

I have been to many different locations of the Capital Grille for dinner but, never been for lunch. The lunch menu was quite good and, the pricing was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful evening at the Capital Grille tonight celebrating a very special 80th birthday. They had decorated the table with birthday related confetti and had placed a birthday card on the table. My friend was treated to a free drink and delicious dessert. The service is impeccable. Sabrina was our server and I will ask for her every time I go. The food was five stars. I had salmon which was cooked perfectly and spiced well with a delicious honey glaze served with almonds and green beans. I ordered the asparagus which was yummy and had several bites of mashed potatoes which were divine - maybe the best I’ve ever had. My husband had lamb chops. They give you eight of these and he enjoyed every morsel. To start, he ordered onion soup which I tasted. It was absolutely delicious but the serving is huge, really too much to eat before a main course. I highly recommend going to the Capital Grille. It’s pricey, but it’s worth it.

Great food. Service could have been better. Server was inattentive and said he was busy taking care of other customers several times so he could not get our order, refill water, etc...

Service was quick at the start , but our server disappeared for over half an hour. Once we ordered dinner, I had to find a manger (Robert - who did his best) to see if our order was even submitted. Very frustrating. We also ordered two bottles of wine on the list (iPad) and niether were in stock. Overall, a very frustrating evening. Soup (employee) was a bright spot.
