Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. It was a very nice restaurant and the ambience was nice and our waiter was outstanding. Was not impressed by the steaks. We had the New York strip and the taste was good, but the tenderness was not. We felt for the price that we paid. The quality of the food did not match it.

We sat at the bar. Emily was our bartender and server, she was busy, but very accommodating.

This restaurant is all about EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. From the minute you sit at your table, there are people checking on you and your guests including managers. We had Trey, Mr. Personality, who presented the menu with extreme description AND shared the digital wine list. First Class place and the food came out quickly, perfectly prepared and complete with attention to detail for anything additional required to make the meal complete. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I gave gift cards to my customers; also easy breezy on line. Enjoy!

Ernesto was an incredible experience artist, and a great server! Both the GM and Chef visited our table to ensure we had an amazing experience. And us usual the food was a palate of flavor. Thank you for a memorable date night!

We have visited Capital Grill many times, and enjoyed consistent value at several locations, for both pleasure and business occasions. My wife and I happily agreed to sit at the bar since our reserved table would not be available due to lingering guests. Understandable. However, the service at the bar was nowhere near the level we have come to expect at CG. I don't know if holiday traffic was the cause, but service was slow, and seemingly unprepared. We ended our evening paying our substantial bill without receiving our dessert which we paid for...just to cut our losses. CG has always been solid. Last evening fell way short of our expectations, sadly. Our holiday meal was a disaster. I am always happy to respond to OpenTable with glowing remarks. Wish I could do the same in this instance.

We really enjoyed our experience. Service was excellent. Everyone was great, from the front desk to the attentive service. Food was very good too. Highly recommend.

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at The Capital Grille on Thanksgiving, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food, service, and ambience were exceptional, making an already special day even more memorable. Despite being extremely busy, they didn’t compromise on quality. A truly outstanding dining experience—we’ll be back!
