Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Slightly disappointed in the entrees for what I expected of the highly touted restaurant. My salmon could have used more flavoring and I’ve had much tastier salmon at other restaurants. My husband’s steak lacked seasoning and the lobster was served without drawn butter. Their basket of pre dinner rolls were amazing! Our waitress was awesome and friendly and provided great service. The interior was upscale, but the food was just okay. For the price point, I expected more.

    This restaurant is absolutely amazing!! Food was delicious and the staff was great. Tristan was our server and he was the absolute best, very informative and tended to our every need!! 10/10 recommend!!!

    This is my favorite restaurant in Louisville ! The service is exceptional with everyone from the front welcome staff to the servers and managers making your experience enjoyable! Our dinner was delicious as always!

    Everything was perfect from the cocktail to the food. It was timed perfectly plated well. Amazing! From the greeting at the front door to our exit greeting this is what customer service is all about. I would pressure ease the front entrance from the lions to the door. Sidewalk and parking lot were in great order. Our waiter John was especially great. Knowledgeable and quick at removing each course.
