Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The waygu burger and Duckhorn wine combination was outstanding. The service provided by Danielle was exceptional. This late afternoon “special” will be revisited. This is definitely “must dine” experience not to be missed!!

    The food and service were top tier, I highly recommend the lobster and crab cake for appetizer but honestly everything was amazing! Good place for birthday, anniversary, etc.

    Everything was amazing. Service was excellent from the valet, to the hostess to our waiter. Appetizers, steak and seared tuna was cooked to perfection.

    A level above. I am always impressed with the service and food. The steaks have always been cooked spot on. Plus the Salmon is on point. I think people might sleep on it. However, this location is consistently great. Plus the service, from being greeted to support staff table side is just great. I am truly impressed.

    Wait staff goes out of their way to make sure you stay on schedule to get to what ever plans you have after dinner. Food was phenomenal! Stake was cooked to perfection and the cheese cake was the best we’ve ever had.
