Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I love this place but drinks are overpriced! I think paying for expensive food is ok but paying 19 dollars for any drink is to high!

    Celebrated our 30th anniversary in our first trip to Capital Grille!! Wonderful experience and way to celebrate- excellence in every thing they do! Eating on value is simply in regards to our budget for eating out - this was an extra special occasion and well worth it! Yet not a place we could visit regularly.

    Had the 3rd burger in the wagu and wine trio special. Excellent burger, well matched wine. Had Kat again for service, she is funny and engaging. Perfect quick dinner before a concert

    I know this is nothing big but I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant of this level that doesn’t offer to take the lobster tails off of the shell table side

    Johnathan was spectacular in knowing our needs and being on time for drinks entree and desserts. Listened to my bad jokes and had a few himself. The team was well coordinated to fulfill our needs. The food was great. This is why we will be back again and again.
