Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     There are many steakhouses in Raleigh. The Capital Grille sits at the top of my list. Superb food, interesting drinks, service that falls all over itself to be accommodating and means it. Specials that are special. A really good place for a special evening.

    We went to Capital Grille to celebrate my son’s 17th birthday and they did not disappoint. The service was top-tier. They insured they went out of their way to ensure my son felt special for his birthday. The food was amazing. Drinks as always 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. This was my son‘s first time and needless to say at the end of the meal, he asked if we come eat dinner there every night… Lol. Thank you capital Grille for ensuring his 17th birthday is when he will not soon forget.

    The bone in ribeye and the porcini mushroom ribeye were cooked to perfection as always. My beet and goat cheese salad was great. My son’s sesame tuna was perfect as well. The service was fantastic. Love coming here to celebrate my daughter’s another turn around the sun. Thank you for always giving us such a lovely fine dining experience.
