Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We arrived and discovered that our reservation was mistakenly made for the following night, however they accommodated us anyway on a busy Saturday night and found us a table for four ladies in the bar. The lemon drop martinis were delicious and lobster cakes were lovely. When we were ready to leave we discovered an error on our bill and the owner quickly rectified it very graciously, he absolutely over compensated! He truly cared about our experience. We will definitely be back and bring our families with us!

We went to Capital Grille to celebrate a birthday and they went above and bring to make it special. Including confetti on the table, a personal birthday note and a birthday dessert.
