Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We enjoyed our evening at The Capital Grill. Ashley was very attentive and made our experience a memorable one. I really appreciate the care she took. The champagne toast for our birthday girl was a nice touch and very thoughtful. Ashley made the whole experience amazing. She has my gratitude and respect for making it a perfect evening for those we care about.

We were celebrating New Year’s and had a lovely time. Food was great and the waiter (Grayson) was very attentive and helped us in our food and wine selection.

We started in the bar while waiting for our reservation. Service was very very slow. Couldn’t get the attention of a bartender. Had to finally ask if we could use one of the bar tables marked as reserved.m as there were quite a few open despite being NYE. It wasn’t any busier than a Saturday night but even at a bar table, service for drinks was super slow. They had the air on so low it was freezing inside. They did finally turn it up a bit after asking. The spinach side dish tasted like a salt lick. We both had the filet and it was excellent. Our server Noel was very attentive and nice. Likely won’t be back to this location. We prefer the ambiance of the Plano location.
