The space is well appointed and cozy. Service impeccable and friendly. All of the various oysters were surprisingly fresh and both the mignonette and cocktail sauce were well constructed. Do not miss the biscuits with umami butter. The cocktail program is unique and very worth the journey. The grouper fish and chips has an odd batter on the fish and left a lot to be desired and the Old Bay seasons on the fries was excessive but overall the fries were memorable. The shrimp scampi was lacking salt and overall flavor with the sauce taking on a more watery texture than one might typically want. The key lime pie is a nice finish. Overall we started and finished strong but the entrees missed the mark. We will be back to see if we can catch them when more of the specials are not sold out in advance.

Hello Adam, Thank you for coming in to dine with us. We are sorry for the entrees not living up to your expectations as usually there are spot on. We do use a little different batter for our fish and chips to keep it gluten free. We hope you will consider another visit the the Carlin to try out some more of our menu options. Scooter and Greyson

Another wonderful evening with excellent food, atmosphere, service from Conner and drinks. Highly recommend!

This was our favorite restaurant in Breckenridge. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the many daily specials - there were 3 fish specials and 3 meat specials, in addition to the menu. Appreciated that the daily options were printed with prices. We had oysters, ceviche, fire shrimp, barramundi, fish (grouper) and chips and sirloin. Everything was delicious. Not inexpensive but fairly priced for the quality and resort location. Would return!

Seafood tower was fresh and well presented. Salad was delicious and drinks expertly crafted. Gruyere biscuits were dry and uneventful but the experience overall was quite good.

Very good food. Crab cakes and smoked fish for appetizers were delicious. I tried the colorado bass - excellent!

Kelly - our waitress - was amazing. Super nice. Golden Hour with oysters and bubbly was amazing! Had their hybrid CO bass and it was delish. Kids had Mac & cheese (we all wanted some) and fish (friend battered grouper) and fries (perfect old bat seasoning). Topped off with tasty fun dessert and some perfect espresso martinis! Thanks to The Carlin for a great family dinner memory.
