Carlton Wine Room is a neighbourhood restaurant offering a well-executed, fresh, seasonal food menu, and an ever changing, diverse wine list featuring the best of Italy, Australia and the rest of the World. We offer a bar space, an upstairs restaurant dining room and three unique spaces that are can be booked for private dining perfect for special events.

RESERVATIONS: are for a two hour sitting. We do not accept bookings for drinks and snacks, however we accept walk-ins for this if space permits. A surcharge of up to 1.2% applies to credit card transactions. A surcharge of 10% applies on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays.

OUTSIDE SEATING: please note this is subject to the weather and we may not be able to move your reservation inside in the case of bad weather.

CANCELLATION: A $50 per person no show fee is charged for failing to attend your reservation. Contact us on 9347 2626 to make changes or cancel your reservation.

Amazing experience just sad they kicked us out after spending a big amount of money(on a big selection of food and wine, compared to other customers) just because they like to sell the table one more time that night (we would have spend more money if they let us sit;)

Hannah and Travis were super helpful throughout the night. Food was off the charts.

Food was great. Service from a gentleman re. wine was outstanding. Was a bit noisy being downstairs - I was previously upstairs when I felt it a bit more quiet. Overall, great atmosphere though.

We had a lovely time celebrating our 12th anniversary. From the greeting as we entered to the lovely staff that served us, we were spoilt. The drinks were great and the food we ate was delicious.

Excellent food, and superb wine list by the bottle. Relatively minor quip: Wines served by the glass were more glou glou for the most part(as is often the case). Would have loved to see the option to have something Coravined and offered by the glass or carafe - or maybe at least offer some 375s? Too bad I was not there with a large party so we could order a couple of bottles.
