   Portions were horrible, for the prices they charge. Burgers average at best, salad average needed extra dressing. Barely any on it, mac and cheese was very good. However for the price, very small portion that was ridiculous.Very cool place, but for those prices will never go back. Can get a lot better food, for those kinda of prices.

   Sat at the bar and just did drinks and dessert. The toffee cake was delicious and the drinks were fun. Bartender was friendly and attentive.

   The experience of the potions making was absolutely fantastic!!!! The actual drinks that you are making were delicious!!! The food portions could be a little more.

   We had a very nice time considering we had a heck of a time with the online booking interface. Lots of “error code” issues online. They were able to accommodate for the “experience”. You definitely need to be in the right head space and weather the expectations, but it was a unique experience. We had a great time. Liam was excellent even though we heard other tables being told he was a week into his tenure.

   This place was amazing. It is perfectly themed and the inside is amazing. The food was delicious and the themed cocktails were incredibly fun. The service was amazing, too. A must see place for any harry potter or magic fan.

   The food and drinks were amazing. Definitely among my favorites in Philly. However, it was crowded and noisy, and the service was kind of slow. Overall, I enjoyed it, and I would return again.

   When we had an issue with one of the dishes, the server (which was great) called her manager which was very dismissive and outright gaslighting. Ended up substituting the dish for another dish, which left us with a disappointed feeling, as the restaurant could just as easily make a new dish of the same type, but was unwilling to recognize the problem unless we went for entirely a different dish.

   HI Maya, we are sorry you had that experience. Was there something wrong with the dish other than the size? Feedback was you said it was disappointingly small and the server very nicely told you how many ounces it was and you said "That may be, but the illusion is ruined for me" All the salmon portions are cut and weighed to be 5oz. We were accommodating and made another dish, the mac, and cheese, if we made another Salmon it would have been the same size. We can't rectify a problem that isn't a problem. We also had the manager move around incoming reservations to allow your group to stay an extended period to accommodate your group's choice to have another dish. Your party stayed for more than 2.5 hours, longer than the allotted seating. I'm glad to see you enjoyed everything else.

   This place was a blast! Our waitress was amazing both at the restaurant and the potions class!. Definitely fun to do with a group of friends. Highly recommend.

    This was a great place for a girls night out. The decor was awesome with a great vibe. The food was very good. However, 3 of the 5 drinks we ordered had very little alcohol in them. I am not a big drinker ( I’m the designated driver in our group). So I prefer a weaker drink. I couldn’t taste any alcohol in the drink. The service was spotty. But overall it was good.
