Really beautiful restaurant, loved the ambience. I think the staff could use some improvement in the area of organization and customer service. we had three different staff members approach us about our name & rsvp info. so it just seemed unnecessary, uninviting and unorganized. Also, they have a policy where you cannot have your phone to take pictures or do videos, which is unnecessary. And the place was really small. If it was bigger, it would have a better vibe experience.

We arrived in the chic and fun ambience of the restaurant- it’s a little confusing because it doesn’t say Cellar anywhere on the building. Jacqueline is the name on the door you need to enter through, which is the name of the club the restaurant is within. We ordered three shareable plates. Thirty minutes later the server returned to tell us one of our selections was no longer available. So we chose another. 10 minutes later the server returned to say that selection wasn’t available either. We ordered a third alternative. But that order got mixed up and a different dish altogether was brought to us so that dish was ultimately comped for the all the mistakes. One dish, the peach and burrata salad was simply poached or grilled slices of peach with some burrata dollops. The ceviche dish was supposed to be served on tostadas but instead we were given a bowl of stale tortilla chips. Not great value for the high prices. And really messy service. Would not recommend.

Awful service from our server and floor manager, food lacked flavor and not worth the cost. Although anyone can dine at their establishment they make it very clear of their preferential treatment to members. We were asked several times after just being seated about our table even though we had reservations and were seated by the host. No apologies for the interaction, just an aloof explanation that members are picky about their tables. The server was concerned about our drinks more than food quality. One of the dishes came well after our other meals and wouldn't have otherwise come until we had asked about its status. We requested salt and pepper as the food was bland. Reached out to management in a private message through the reservation app and although they apologized and asked what they could do better, didn't hear back after informing them of my experience. I had hoped this restaurant visit would lead to my finally booking a tour to consider membership but chose not to after this experience. No matter how nice an establishment appears, it comes down to service and how clients are treated.

Our server Brendan was great. A lot of the issues were outside of his control, but he did a great job and was attentive and apologized for the shortcomings. The bad: -When sat down the table was dirty -Plates were dirty and missing silverware -They forgot one of our dishes -sirloin steak was cooked properly but meat quality was poor -seating wasn’t very comfortable, I sat on a couch and my date sat on a stool The good: -good service -the dining room and bar are very pretty and visually appealing -the main lobby where you meet the host is kind of weird. Seemed like a weird museum or empty art gallery

First time coming here for drinks and a quick appetizer. Ambience was great and love how this place is styled. Service staff weren’t that friendly unfortunately, and also forgot to put our order in. Waiting about 25 mins for our drinks to come while the table next to us received theirs in about 10 mins after being seated after us. Drinks were ok, but the food was great! Definitely a pricey place, will try it again for dinner sometime.

The outside patio is just the sidewalk area. Which also mean a homeless man is going to come dance at you while you try to just drink your drink. The inside was cool but I would avoid the outdoor area it’s kind of pointless, very much removed and doesn’t even feel like it’s part of the restaurant. Our server was great and attentive though.

The ambiance, the decor, everything was fabulous- but the food portions were really small for the price! We ordered the Poke Bowl which was not even enough for the person eating let alone for sharing. I’d recommend the place for drinks and the polite service but the food portions need to be improved!

The service was so-so. They had the bartender waiting tables so it was a bit slow. Despite us being there only two other people in the place when we sat we didn’t get greeted for a while and then it took forever to get our drinks. The food also came out in a very odd order. We ordered salads as starters and they ended up coming out last. In fact, all the food came out at random times. The others in my party were halfway done eating by the time my meal came out. As far as taste - the drinks were great. The food was hit or miss. Some of it was absolutely delicious and others like the steak tartare- I’ve had better. Overall this might be a solid 3 stars

I had taken the tour which was wonderful given by the Grande Dame Mary, so I was looking forward to exposing our friends to this lovely place. I made a reservation for cocktails in the cellar for 6:30. We were told we had to sit in the glass room, I asked why and was given a very flimsy excuse. I felt dismissed, customer service was missing last night and it’s very disappointing. Our server Layla however was fabulous.
