Very authentic Hunanese cuisine, not modified for Australian tastes, and really good! If you like spicy, this is your place! Nice elegant traditional Chinese atmosphere service is friendly but a bit patchy. Will I go back? Yes, definitely!

This was my first experience at The Chairman and was very pleasantly surprised. The Pork Belly was fantastic and the Cumin Lamb a spicy delight. The food is truly authentic Hunan cuisine and well worth experiencing. I’ll be back!
