   Booked a reservation an hour before close was greeted by the host extremely kindly. Got seated shortly after arriving, and was serviced by Blake and he did phenomenal. Food was amazing. I always go for the french fries and the crab claws, I tried the Salmon served over curry and it was seasoned perfectly, I would definitely order again.

   Overhyped, Instagram restaurant. The valet was a mess, the hostess didn’t seem to know if she had the ability to seat people. We had a reservation and waited 30 minutes to be seated only to be seated next to a four top that actually had seven people and two children seated at it, cramped into the table. All in all this feels like a restaurant that’s going to burn bright and burn out very quickly, which is unfortunate because this location has needed something stable for a long time. Also, who wants a human size teddy bear sitting next to them at their table…

   Went for a girls brunch (4 of us). The valet took about 10min to reach a point where I could leave my car. Had reservations and still took about 25min to be seated. The aesthetics was not picture worthy like I thought it would be as per IG. The service was terrible. We had to ask 3 times for water. Super slow service as well. Ordered a coffee (regular drip coffee). A small cup half full came out ($6!!!!). The food was generous in portions, but slightly over room temperature. Not surprising it took forever to get our check. We Used the app to request our cars from valet (as we were told)…cars not there when we showed up. I received a notification about an hour after I drove away from the restaurant that my car was now ready. Overall this restaurant was a HUGE disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend it 👎🏽👎🏽

   The front door would not close so it was freezing inside. I found gum stuck to the bottom of my bowl. It was gross. Food was ok. Music was too loud to even talk.

   Parking was horrible. Food was good. Music was great drinks a 10. I would have had an overall good visit if parking was different.

   I would highly recommend The Charlotte to others to enjoy on any day outside of an holiday like Valentine’s Day. We enjoyed our experience however the wait time to be seated for a reservation we made was over an hour. If not having to wait isn’t an option, we would’ve loved an alternative. We paid in advance for the reservation as well as the Valentine’s Day special but it seemed a bit overpriced for what we ended up receiving when it comes to the overall experience. The food and our service received was exceptional I might add, making up for such a lapse in time waiting. Our server Alex really made our experience worthwhile despite the fact he’s an Ole Miss fan. Geaux Tigers! 🐅💛💜

   we went they made use wait for 1 hr for appetizer and they told us they didn’t have it and we prepayed for valentines 3 course meal and they didn’t over us anything but the entree and the whole thing felt rushed .

   I don’t typically dine out on Valentine’s Day. I enjoyed the food and ambiance although I would have liked to have access to the prifix menu prior to my arrival. While the service seemed to be rushed which resulted in a not so pleasant dining experience. I recognize that it was a holiday and it was necessary to limit dining times in order to accommodate other reservations. I will return to try other standard menu items and compare service on a “regular” evening.
