    A lovely bar and restaurant with very attentive staff - a really good fixed and a la carte menu with something fur everyone - our meals were great including 3 x steaks which were cooked exactly as requested - they were very accommodating when asked to do a blue cheese sauce which wasn’t on the menu. Finally, we were pleasantly surprised with the cheeseboard selection as from experience this can be quite disappointing.

    Great quality food. Good quiet ambient place to eat and you can still have a good conversation. Beautiful quaint country decor and good quality service. I'd definitely recommend for a good pub meal on special occasions or a treat.

    Birthday treat for the lady and I. Warm welcome on arrival. Seated at a table perfect for our needs. Service friendly and efficient with no delay between courses while also feeling relaxed and unhurried. Perfect. Food as expected was lovely. Will return soon.
