   Our server was Shelby and she was great. She took time to explain options and sizes and offered some recommendations, she was attentive and checked in on us as food was served. Gave us great advice about the patio and offerings they have and when, which we were unaware of. Enjoyed the food, and time there and would always ask for Shelby again as our server!!

   It was our first experience dining at the Chocolatier. We specifically went on a Thursday because the Hershey Bears hockey mascot, COCO would be there. COCO made it a point to visit every table and interact with the customers. He did a great job. The food was great, portion size was exceptional. The food came to our table hot and the order was exactly how we ordered. Would go back again.

   Wanted the steak, they were out, the waitress then stood there and stared at me until I told her what I wanted which made me miss important parts of what I was actually ordering so I couldn't even eat it. The chicken sandwich was disgusting. Spent a lot of money for most of my party to not even like their food.

   My daughter and I LOVE The Chocolatier and this trip we celebrated my Birthday!!! The Food was excellent as always and the staff makes this restaurant truly the sweetest experience and well worth the price! Melrose was our waitress, who we’ve had before and absolutely adore!!! She adds to the personal touch and tries to make the experience for the guests even more special! We Can’t Wait to Come Back!!!!

   We love going to the Chocolatier in Hershey because of it's friendly family atmosphere! We go on Thursdays because our daughter loves to see Cocoa, the Hershey Bears mascot! He always brings a smile to everyone he encounters. We love the variety of the menu and the food tastes great!

   It’s a little pricey but the experience was worth it. Wonderful food, atmosphere, excellent service and the Hershey Bears Mascot comes to the table for photo opps.

   Fantastic experience. No matter what you choose from the menu, it’s great. The food is consistently top-notch. Stellar waitress tonight — perfect service — attentive and friendly. She made up for the lackluster hostess at the front. Fun, lively, welcoming environment. While The Chocolatier is incredibly popular during the tourist season (and can be tough to get into), my favorite time to visit is the off-season — when the crowds are lighter, and the experience is even more relaxed and enjoyable.

   One of our meals were very spicy when it didn’t specifically say it was spicy on the menu.

    Allison, our waitress, was a delight! She was fun and happy. Everyone should be like Allison with customer service. Everyone made sure my food allergy was addressed. Everyone was friendly. Super experience. Thank you!
