The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.

Food was tasty. Server was pleasant. Noise-level was irritatingly loud and the restaurant was only half-full on a drizzly Friday evening. Draft and bottle beer prices were cost prohibitive ($8.50 for a draft of Blue Moon and/or Yuengling is crazy; and there's a chance that price is for less than 16 ounces), so we were just fine with water. Food prices were on the higher side but not terrible in comparison to similar places in the area.

Average but tasty bar food. Great vibe and location. Speciality drinks were cool and good place for family.

Terrible… service was horrible. It took 45 minutes to get chicken fingers and a salad. Server never came back to refill drinks. We asked for the manager and it took 10 minutes for the manager to come over. When we got food it was cold

We went on a busy Saturday night and got in in good time. The service was great, overall the food was good. The kids chicken came out tough and the server quickly removed it from our bill. Overall a great experience!

Food was good, service was good, but it took way too long for our food. We had reservations for 2:45, so it was not overly busy. If it were not for the long wait for our food, we would definitely give 5 stars.

Our waitress was awesome! I asked for my steak extra well done and it was not even close. Came out almost as pink as my son’s medium rare. When I finally received my steak back cooked as I originally requested, it was fantastic. Wasn’t a fan of the chocolate steak sauce.

This is our third time at The Chocolatier - we do really love this restaurant so I’m sad we didn’t have a great experience last night. The food & drinks were still very good (had The Chocolatier Martini, the s’mores martini, the whipped feta app, the chicken Alfredo, and the shrimp tacos, plus two items from the kids menu). But it took over an hour for our food to come out and we didn’t have any wait staff come over to check on us, as we were seated at a table in the bar area. My husband had to go over to someone to ask for refills on water and for another round of drinks. Service was so poor last night that it really did impact our experience. Waiting an hour for food when there are two kids falling asleep at the table is a pretty bad experience.

Service was so slow. Lots of staff moving quickly but food came out slow. Lots of empty tables. Server was terrific.
