   Food took long to arrive at the table and when it did, it wasn't hot. I used the restroom while waiting for the food and noted that several plates of food were sitting at the kitchen line waiting to be sent to tables and no waiters were there trying to expedite service from kitchen. So our food probably sat there for a while. Our waitress was not as attentive as we would have liked. She didnt check if we needed anything until we were almost finished with our meal. The restaurant itself was not as busy as we have previously found it to be, so not sure about the delays. Wouldn't rush to dine here again. Overpriced and food was average for the prices that are charged.

   Good service and great food. Nothing extreme when it comes to price. Would recommend and will be returning. Servers and staff are always looking to better your experience and make sure you get what was ordered.

   Fun atmosphere. Santa was nice but it felt Ike a ploy to spend more money. We had a very hard time finding. GPS takes you to employee parking. We left with time to spare but got there late as a result. Server was excellent! Food was pretty good. No omelets 😞

   We had a wonderful time, at Chocolatier, last evening. True, was our server. We always request him, because he is personable, accommodating and efficient. Our dinners were delicious. I had the New York Strip Steak and my husband, Bob had the hamburger. We had the Toasted Cheesecake for dessert. The serving was huge and delicious.

   Nice way to start the holidays. A short wait and seated 10 minutes after our reservation time. People without reservations were being turned away due to being full. The bar, which has a lot of seating, was also full. Staff were all pleasant and attentive. We ordered burgers and sandwiches with a side of French fries. Portions were large. Two of us ordered a signature martini and they were delicious. Ambiance is fairly sterile but also allows staff and patrons to move about easily. While it was crowded, we did not feel rushed.

   Food is way over rated, nothing is impressive about this place. It's over priced, chocolate infused is a joke. I've got no problem spending $200 or more and going back over & over to a place that is worth it. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

   Dinner was nice however when we got our food and asked for another round of drinks, our waitress returned and said the bar was closed. We should have been given a “ last call” notification. We understood that it was late, which is why we were trying to get our order in quickly, but had she mentioned that the bar was closing, we would have ordered so we had a drink with dinner.

    Great service from Ian. He checked in on us frequently and was very polite and helpful. The food was delicious. Everything we ate (heath crusted salmon, loaded mac, fondue) was absolutely delicious. The time between ordering and receiving our food was very quick. Highly recommend.
