   Our reservation was at 7. We waited about 15 minutes before being seated because it was overly busy as your typical Saturday night restaurant is. Everything from our cocktails to our main courses was exquisite. Our steaks were cooked perfectly as was our shrimp. Highly recommend this place…we will be back!

   Overall good experience, came on a trip to the Air Force Museum. Had a good steak good wine and drink and good conversation. Would probably try a different steak house in the area next time but that’s just because I like to try all the options.

   Service was very slow. The server was nice enough but didn’t check on our table very often. We had to ask for drink refills. We ordered our drinks first, when she came back with our water, we ordered appetizers. The appetizers came out before we got our drinks from the bar. We ordered our dinners midway through the appetizers. We waited for some time and finally asked the waitress if she could check on our food. It still took some additional time to finally come out and then it was only warm. The edges of the breaded, oven baked scrod was over cooked. All in all, not a great experience. I must note that our waitress gave my wife a dessert, on the house, for her birthday.

   Made a reservation through Open Table for 3 at a table. None were available when we arrived. We were placed in a small corner booth and then had to find our server. Was prompted to get up to find our server as the booth behind us (and yes the back of the seats moved ever time those customers moved) was seated well after us and had drinks. I ordered the special rib eye-medium rare, came out very rare. Overall, I had eaten there before and enjoyed it, I am now second guessing a third trip.

   Not an upscale place. Wait staff was fine but going through the motions. Drinks took WAY too long to come out. Food was not bad. 108 for 3 with one drink and no dessert or apps. Won’t go back.

   First time at the chop house I reserve a table earlier Table was ready Service was timely manner Food was heated good I clean my plate Price was well worth it

   The chop house has let me down tonight my steak that I received was well done supposed to be medium well.my husband bought ribs his were charred so they turned around and gave us new items and they were OK but sounds to me like not a place to be, the manager came over and was not very sympathetic in my opinion at all not a good night for Chop House not at all and we go there a lot.
