   Overall, it was great. The only issue was that we were 50 minutes in waiting to be seated for a reservation. They definitely overbooked, which was crappy on management. The place was packed until closing due to this issue. The food was good. The service was great.

   Overall, the food was great! But it was super crowded and I definitely think they overbooked. Our reservation was for 6:45 and did not get seated until about 7:20. Our food also took an hour or so to come out along with our appetizer. They were accommodating because of this, but overall was frustrated. Our service was good for the most part.

   We had a reservation and was seated. Took well over an hour to get our dinner. We were thankful it was worth the wait. It is valentines weekend so we knew it would be busy so it wasn’t a big deal. We will be back!

   This was a very good restaurant as far as service and food and the atmosphere and value you can not beat it anywhere. I consider the Chop House a five star restaurant

   They were super busy but the service was great. The food..not so much. All the steaks at the table were very dry and overcooked.

   We have been to The Chop House a number of times and always enjoy our meal. This time was no exception. One of us had salmon that was delicious. The other had a strip steak. The steak was good (not the best in town, but very good) and very tender. Our server was fantastic. The restaurant was very full, with people waiting, but the noise level was not high. We'll go back for sure.

   It seemed the restaurant was overwhelmed by the number of patrons. Very slow getting drinks food not hot. Steak overdone. Very overcrowded. Not their typical. The manager seemed ambivalent.

    Our server was missing in action for a majority of the meal. Once we asked her for something it took forever to get the item. Steak was cooked well but the sweet potato fries were heavily salted. I think the dim lighting is meant to hide the dirty floors. We had leftovers under our table! Cmon you can do better. This was our anniversary dinner. Very disappointed tonight
