   Our waiter was awesome! He never let any of our drinks get below half a glass, always had a smile on his face, and took care of problems as they arose. I had asked for my steak to be prepared medium well. When I cut into my steak, it was very bright red! My son asked for his steak to be medium, and his was cooked throughout. He was fine with his, but I couldn’t eat mine. Our waiter took it back to be cooked longer. He told me the manager would bring it back to the table. One minute later, the manager put the plate on my table and left!! He did not say hi, sorry for the mistake, will you cut into this and see if it’s prepared the way you asked—-nothing! The steak went from a bright red to a bright pink throughout! I couldn’t eat it. Our waiter noticed the steak had not been prepared correctly the second time, and he had removed the charge of my food without me saying one word! My husband loves steak fixed this way, so we were planning to pay for the steak and take it home. I’ve never had this type of experience before at this restaurant. Usually everyone is so nice and food is excellent! The male manager on duty last night possibly needs some re-training. I didn’t even get to see his face since he ran away after sitting my plate down! Once again, our waiter was awesome!! The best waiter we have had at the Chop House!
