Welcome to The Chop House® restaurants, where we strive to provide each guest with friendly service in an inviting environment. Our service and our food is guaranteed!

Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

    Great food and wait staff and manager - it was around the holidays and they were over booked so we had to wait for our reservation quit a bit however the manager made it right - came to us and provided an appetizer on the house so that is service! What was a little off was the timing and the assistants to the servers - did not bring out all the soups and salads at the same time - we had to correct them a few times and the the last salad we had to remind therefore entree came out shortly after I received salad - I do understand that may have been do the the holiday crowd and not bad, the assistants just need a tad more experience and coaching - coordinate and being all salads and soups to the table at once well before entrees. Overall great experience - main server and manager attentive and awesome and so was the food

    Everything was wonderful, except for they ran out of prime rib. Very disappointed.

    A popular spot in West Knoxville because of the food and the atmosphere; the chef's specials are always interesting and delicious. Regular menu items are outstanding and perfectly prepared to order. Despite it being very crowded on my most recent visit, the server was very attentive and gave excellent suggestions for appetizers and main courses. The food was delivered in a timely and well sequenced manner, allowing time for conversation at the table and thorough enjoyment of the company and the food.

    We love the Chop House! Our food was delicious. They have such a great lunch menu. On this visit, we were set in Charles G. section and had the BEST service!! The next time we dine there we will make sure and ask for him!!

    The food was good. The server was very friendly but he got our order wrong on several people and it took a very long time to get the food out. Overall it was a nice experience but I probably won’t go again because the price was a little high for the service we received.

    Haven’t been there in years, we were pleasantly surprised. Pork chops were delicious but my favorite were the deviled eggs! Our server, Aiyana was excellent. We’ll be back next time we’re in town. Noticed a lot of people gathering for Christmas family dinners. So it was noisy til most left.
