Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

Food was excellent! Timing is terrible! Got our salads before bread and drinks. Main course came before salads were half eaten. Had to ask for bread twice. Bar is extremely slow and always has been. We typically eat there once or twice a month.

We always enjoy The Chop House. Our server was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The meals were excellent as was our dessert.

Print receipts that are large enough to read. Some of us are getting a little older use 12 inches of paper to give me 3 inches of information and you winterize it lol

Excellent food and incredible service. We were welcomed at the door, and treated to a delicious meal of grilled grouper. Entire staff worked together as a team, making sure everything was to our liking. Will definitely return.

The medallions ordered were prepared differently- one was medium rare and one was medium well. Medium was requested. The peel on the baked sweet potato was completely charred and the consistency of the meat was puréed, not baked. Sour cream was lacking on the regular potato, however the filet was cooked perfectly at medium. We’ve visited the North Knoxville location several times and preferred the ambiance of the west location. Although we’ve only sat in the bar booth section at the north location, the back portion of the west location was too open and could use some chandeliers to break it up a bit for a more cozy feel.

Really solid food…grilled Grouper special was excellent. Prime Rib Chili also really good, as was the Chopped Salad. Floor Manager was awesome. Our Server was average at best. Not there with drink refills and not there to check on us….good noise lever for a busy restaurant! Overall very good experience

Always top notch! Our server, Conner, and the Manager, were superb tonight with a little confusion on our order and they were more than accommodating. Best in town!!

Excellent customer service, prompt seating with reservation even though we arrived early. The food was great and reasonably priced lunch menu. Very enjoyable experience
