   Arrived for Christmas eve dinner. The table was located in the outer dinning room area. The table was half set missing bread plates and some silverware. The water is un filter tap which tasted horrible. Ordered lobster bisque soup. It was very good. Then oysters and calamari . Oysters were not shucked well . Lots of shells. Calamari was very good. For the main ,Tomahawk for two. It came to the table while only halfway through the Oysters and calamari. They took it back. When it returned it was over cooked. Medium rare went to near well done. It Sat under a heat lamp. For $165 it should have been re -fired. But in all fairness it still tasted good. Dry but okay. The sides : Asparagus was excellent. Potatoes were under cooked and worst of all the creamed spinach. The worst Ive ever had. The spinach was hard/ raw and cream tasteless and separated. We sent it back. The deserts were good. Then while leaving a few waitresses and staff were horsing around at the bar. Suddenly one of the girls starts dropping F bombs so loud . She then realized we were walking by then ran into the kitchen oMG / laughing. REALLY!!!! No class.. Even the manager hide his face. What he should have done was make an apology on her and the restaurants behalf. For a $340 dollar dinner this evening really was awful. The Chop House needs a-lot of improvement. Very disappointed. It will be a long time before I would consider returning. Ken 8:45pm reservation.

   This was the perfect dining experience on Christmas Eve. David, our server, was the consummate host. We will be back.

   Chophouse is a wonderful restaurant with incredibly delicious food. It's our go-to for special occasions.

   Sheila the food server was good, and well prepared with citing the specials. The food was flavorful, and presentation was excellent. We had several martinis and they were very good. The dining room was nice and we were seated promptly upon our arrival. It was a birthday dinner for my girlfriend but the noise level was very high. A lot of families not a romantic setting, this might be because of it being so close to Christmas. I would definitely come back for the bar scene and to try the bar menu.

   Beautiful restaurant, amazing food and service. Really loud, hard to hear each other but was packed so understandable. Great experience and highly recommend.

   Excellent service from the front of the restaurant staff, waitress, and servicers. Great atmosphere. A little noisy at times to hold a conversation. I felt slight rushed; parking and valet service is an issue. Only 1 single mixed gender bathroom. Need to go to the basement area for more bathrooms. Overall, though, I highly recommend this venue.

   My birthday dinner was excellent. Lamb chops out of this world. Even the veggies were delicious. Should go more often. Complimentary dessert too!
