Le Cinnamon Club, souvent primé, à St James ne ressemble à aucun autre restaurant indien que vous ayez visité. Situé dans l'ancienne Bibliothèque Old Westminster - un bâtiment classé historique avec des livres qui tapissent les murs - sa grandeur et son caractère complètent parfaitement sa nourriture exceptionnelle. Enjoy your evening at The Cinnamon Club. We have a special menu available Monday to Saturday from 5:30pm to 6:10pm or from 9:00pm and onwards. Tuck into dishes such as Tandoori Portobello and king oyster mushrooms with stir-fry of morels with peas and mushroom pilau or Koorgi style double cooked pork belly with masala mash, raw mango and chilli sambal. The 3-course menu is priced at £38 per person. T&C's: only for groups of up to 12 guests.

Tasting menu was superb, and service was excellent. The place is quirky for an Indian restaurant. Nice atmosphere, not too noisy. Only small thing to downgrade it from being pretty much perfect is the lavatory, which was a bit run down and not particularly clean. Everything else about the experience was exceptional and would happily return and recommend.

I have always viewed The Cinnamon Club as being the highest quality. They have taken their game to a different level. The dinner we had their with friends was exquisite, made even better by excellent guidance and service by wonderful assistant Akaba.

We chose the tasting menu, one meat and one vegetarian. The courses tasted very similar to each other and were very over seasoned with fragrant spices. The meat courses all tasted very similar with lots of over-powering cloves and cardamom. Some dishes were ok and some not very nice at all. Service was ok but my wife wasn’t really acknowledged and everything was directed to me as a man which we didn’t really like either. Also, our table wasn’t ready for over 20 minutes and generally service of the courses was slow and the wine even slower.

Great setting for a restaurant inside a library. Visuals are great and the fine dining fits in great. Food was tasty and good portion sizes.

The Tasting Menu was superb. The service was outstanding with a team led by Sachin. They looked after us so well. Especially ensuring that my daughter who is celiac always had the correct dish. Would we go back - absolutely in a heart beat.

This is a fabulous venue and the food is good. It’s very noisy, though, and the tables are packed in tightly close to each other. So it’s not the place to come if you’re looking for a nice quiet chat with your dining companion(s). The vegan menu is not quite as full as it could be - there are no vegan breads, for example. And things like the dhaal, which could easily be vegan, are not. There is only one vegan side dish.
