   Lovely and relaxed environment with good menu choice. Staff friendly and pleasant and good service. Would dine there again. Noise level low so chatting was enjoyable. Thanks

   It's a nice place. Apart from that squeak y door. Service was brilliant as soon as wee walked in the door

   Ordered two pints of coke, arrived to the table flat and tasteless. Clearly not coca cola. Sent them back and ordered 4 cans of coke and two pint glasses instead. Waited 45 mins for starters to arrive. Starters were good but waiter interrupted us eating to ask if he could take our plates when we clearly weren’t finished. Ordered vegan mac and cheese due to milk allergy. And normal mac and cheese. Plus a portion of chips to share. Another half an hour or so after the starters were taken away, vegan mac had no garlic bread but chips on plate instead. Waiter said this was as they didnt have vegan garlic bread. However never asked if that was ok etc. The portion of chips never arrived to the table at all. The normal mac was tasteless and didnt even have melted cheese on the top. When we spoke to staff regarding these issues we were informed that the bowl of chips we ordered was put on my plate instead of garlic bread - we wanted to share chips and i wanted garlic bread. Meaning that we would be charged for portion of chips AND full price for vegan mac which the menu states comes with garlic bread and salad when we never actually got the extra portion of chips at all. Staff took the cost of the main meals off the bill and EVENTUALLY removed the pints of coke we returned off too. It should also be noted that the calm ambiance was ruined by aggressive noisy rearranging of tables around us by one member of staff who was clearly very angry and didn’t appreciate the customers around him who were trying to enjoy their evening.

   Food was underwhelming and overpriced. OTT noisy diners weren't addressed by the management.

   Being mid January the restaurant was fairly quiet, which was perfect considering the booking was for 2 wheelchairs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. I enjoyed what was probably the best carbonara I've had in years and my partner loved both of the cocktails that she tried as well as her dinner.

   First time to this restaurant, very nice looking place , not a massive menu but sufficient. Prawns for the starter for me was the outstanding dish of them all . If I had one criticism it would be maybe to have a couple of extra dishes as an option on a specials board and reduce the price of your sweet menu , extremely expensive for what it is

   Sadly the young staff are not well trained The incorrect starter arrived, was replaced and not charged for. The overcooked battered fish was served with garden peas however the menu stated minted pea puree, no reason for this was offered. We had to request more drinks as we were never offered more or asked if we wanted anything else. The bill was quickly offered as the waiter was in a hurry to go home, he lest 2mins after we oaid

    Great vegan options for the main meals. I was too full to have a pudding! The waitress was lovely, and provided a good service - I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. I was seated beside an open fire, which was welcome on a cold December day.
