The Clissold Arms is a family owned local Gastropub with a longstanding history within the community. We have a wonderfully loyal local clientele and take pride in rewarding them with a reliably warm welcome and our delicious menus designed around our “Food Comes First” philosophy.

From our famous Greek specialties to our lighter bites and fish dishes, fresh from our local fishmonger, our Chefs are always challenging themselves to create new, inspired dishes. Our varied A La Carte menu offers a wide choice of starters, main courses and desserts, carefully put together by our kitchen team.

Our large selection of beers, ciders and wines change regularly to compliment both the menu and the season. All can be enjoyed in any of our five unique spaces within the pub. An inviting place where you instantly feel at home.

                                                                                                We booked quite late on for my Mums 80th birthday meal. They were really helpful and phoned us to discuss the arrangements and offered us the Shed as a private dining room. It was perfect. The kids loved having their own private area to play games and run around and my Mum loved the lack of noise from other diners. It was a nice room with a good heater. The food was very nice - we shared a Greek Meze which was delicious and then had the amazing Kleftiko with incredibly succulent meat. The kids were delighted with their menus and desserts. Mainly though thank you to the staff / owners who really looked after us and made it a special day for my Mum. Thanks so much.

                                                                                                1st time for Sunday lunch although been to the Clissold many times before. We went for the Greek options and the lamb souvlaki was fantastic, as recommended by the excellent Nikos, who looked after us very well throughout our long lunch. As the weather was good on Sunday, we were able to sit outside for lunch, which made it an even more enjoyable experience - thoroughly recommended.

                                                                                                We booked this pub as we were in Muswell Hill for the day and wanted to eat somewhere new..Clissold Arms is a huge sprawling pub, we were seated in the huge beer garden. We had such lovely service from the warm staff, and we were pleasantly surprised that the cuisine was Greek. We ordered mezze starters and souvlaki for mains, all extremely authentic and tasty. The staff were so lovely and my Greek family enjoyed getting to know our incredible waiter. We will return to this down to earth pub.

                                                                                                My friend and I always choose the Clissold Arms, it’s reasonable Greek food, not too expensive and the service is always fantastic. My only gripe this time was the foul smell in the ladies bathroom, it was awful and made me feel quite sick. I’ve never experienced this before so I hope it was a one off, apart from that it still remains our favourite meeting place

                                                                                                The waitress couldn't have been more inviting or helpful. The food was excellent. The sea bass I had was cooked perfectly. Really recommend for a relaxed time with good traditional Greek food.

                                                                                                Perfect setting for an outdoor lunch . Weather was great . Service by the staff is attentive and friendly . Food is great . We had various starters … tarama calamari Greek salad and octopus . Mains were chicken kebabs with home made chips . Pudding we shared an Oreo cheesecake . Good list of wines and drinks . Definitely worth a visit !!
