Opened under new ownership in December 2023, we are located adjacent to our existing Roundwood Stores bakery and artisan food store. Come and enjoy good food, wine, craft beer, and log fires in the beautifully restored 1820’s Coach House.
The pub is open midday until late, Thursday to Sunday, for walk-ins and reservations.
The menu is slightly more casual (as are some of the tables) but the room is cozy and the experience the same.
The restaurant is open midday for lunch and 5pm for dinner, walk-ins or reservations available.

This was our first visit here and it was a great one. We were a bit early arriving but that was no prob. The guy who was working front of house was so friendly and looked after us. All then staff we encounter were lovely and the food was gorgeous. Highly recommend this place

The desserts are ridiculously delicious. Today, I had rhubarb with custard meringue, rhubarb sorbet with a small serving of cream. Unbelievable! The desserts are dear but they are well worthwhile indulging. The chicken schnitzel is delicious.

Since the coach house opened they have had the same lovely staff which I always think is a testament to an establishment. They are so so lovely and welcoming, and even better , they are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs. Food ambience and staff make the trip worth it - will be back for sure !

Highly recommended for fine dining at lunchtime in a casual relaxed atmosphere. Looking forward to my next lunch at The Coach House !

A restaurant that clearly knows what it is doing. Fabulous monkfish and pork cheek dishes, and the sourdough bread was spectacular. Lovely setting with a gracious staff of servers.

Great experience as always! Brought some friends who had not been before and they all loved it. Ambience is so cosy and nice amount of space around tables, great lighting etc…food was great and staff so friendly.
