   pretty space, music nice level. food and service was great. had salmon tartar app, baby gem salad, shared chicken entree and warm mushroom salad. all were great! will definitely be back

   Food and service outstanding. Had the branzino-possibly the best I ever had. Drinks were really good and our server was outstanding. Highly recommend.

   Restaurant Critique: The Collab – A Lovely Evening with a Slight Letdown Dining at The Collab on Valentine’s Day was a pleasant experience overall. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, offering a welcoming and stylish ambiance that set the perfect tone for a special evening. The atmosphere was lively yet intimate, allowing for a relaxed dining experience without feeling overcrowded or rushed—something I always appreciate. The food was undeniably delicious. Every dish we tried was well-executed, thoughtfully plated, and full of flavor. The quality of ingredients and attention to detail were evident, making each bite a delight. Service was professional and efficient; while not particularly standout, it was certainly adequate for a busy holiday evening. However, the biggest disappointment of the night was that two items on the menu that we were really looking forward to were unavailable or had run out. While I understand that high demand can sometimes lead to shortages, it was a letdown to miss out on dishes we had been anticipating. On a night as special as Valentine’s Day, this did take away a bit from the experience. Despite this hiccup, The Collab still delivered an enjoyable dining experience with excellent food and a comfortable, unhurried pace. I would certainly return, but I’d hope for better availability of menu items in the future.

   Had one of the best meals in a long time. The variety of flavors was outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant, we can't wait to go back!

   The staff was amazing in setting up a table outside for 11 - although our reservation was for 5. We then added 4 more! The food was delicious and ambience was lovely. Highly recommended.

   What an amazing experience! Our waiter Jose and others that continuously circled our table ensured that we felt special. Chefs Chiano a Pierre came personally greet us and provided a personal touch to our visit. The food was outstanding! We had the Blue Croquettes, Grilled Octopus, a new salad creation Caesar-ish with caramelized pecans and truffle dressing - ALL were fabulous! For our main dish we had the Vesuvio and the Airline Chicken. OMG Heaven on earth! The Tiramisu and Basque Chessecake were stunning. You can’t go wrong with either one. Also every single wine selection was top notch! Overall experience was phenomenal! Hope to be back many times.

   This was the first time here the meal from beginning to end was superb. Service was excellent food very tasty and unusual. I would highly recommend it for people looking for a non traditional experience
