    Very easy to make reservations online. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Our server was great. Very attentive to our needs. The food was wonderful as always. We will definitely be back.

    We arrived at 5:45 and were seated in the bar, by request. A little unprepared for the “happy hour” noise, but it died down throughout our stay. We’ve sat in booths before, so wanted to mix it up. We were taken care of very well! Jack is truly wonderful. Great pacing, casual conversation and helpful.

    Two couples for dinner………..Started dinner with a pizza. Excellent! Then each couple had a small salad to share with each other. Then each couple shared a 16oz prime rib with a loaded baked potato. Absolutely perfectly cooked medium rare. Soooooo delicious. Of course we all shared a delicious dessert with freshly made coffee. Our server, I think his name was Jack was excellent. It was actually teamwork of servers. All friendly and helpful. FYI——this was our second time back and second time we ordered the exact same things.

    We had a wonderful dinner at The Collins. It’s a nice and relaxed environment and the food and service are great. We started with the noble bread service and the tuna poke, we then had the prime rib and rotisserie chicken (yum!!). We then finished with the coconut cream pie. A nice experience all around.

    French Dip was delicious. Coconut cream pie was delicious. Always an excellent meal and dining experience overall. From the greeting to the last course, everyone is thoughtful, gracious, and hospitable.

    We had great service and wonderful food. The Collins menus is eclectic and there is sure to be something for everyone.

    this was our first visit and we really enjoyed our lunch. the service was great. the food was good too. we will definitely go back
